TOEFL
is the English test is intended to measure a person's ability to speak English
to learn and work abroad show one's academic readiness. You should notice is
the TOEFL requested as a condition if you want to study in the United States
and Canada.
The
main purpose of TOEFL is to determine a person's ability to speak, read,
understand, and write well enough to take the classes based English language.

TES
TOEFL consists of two types, namely ITP TOEFL and TOEFL iBT. TOEFL ITP
(Instituional Testing Program) is usually used for the Asian region, with a score

the TOEFL test is the TOEFL iBT test (Internet Based Test) where you will be
required to record all your answers on a computer that is connected directly to
the Internet. Your answers will be sent directly to the ETS.
To
sign up for a degree program, the university in the world generally requires
79-80 iBT TOEFL score or equal to a score of 550 paper-based TOEFL. As for the
post-graduate program (S2 and S3), the score needed to reach 110-115 or 600-650
equivalent of paper-based TOEFL score. TOEFL use only one version of the test
and takes 4 hours in practice.
IELTS
(International English Language Testing System).
IELTS
scores are used as a condition of enrollment in the UK, New Zealand and
Australia. IELTS also uses British English. Although it looks a bit similar to
American English. British English has a few idioms, spelling and a different
accent. IELTS whole answer questions written by hand, except for the
conversation. Testers you who will provide immediate value later.
The
purpose of the IELTS is to prove you have certain standards in English. IELTS
courses are designed for those who want to work or continue their studies
abroad. IELTS is recognized by educational institutions in the UK, USA,
Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Ireland, South Africa, and a number of other
professional bodies worldwide. For IELTS score and scale required band in the
range of 6.0 - 6.5 for undergraduate programs and scale band 7.0 - 7.5 for
enthusiasts graduate programs.
Implementation
of the IELTS test takes two hours and 45 minutes. Because IELTS has two
versions of the test, namely general and academic, so there is a difference
between the two versions of the test. To test listening and speaking are
relatively the same, but for test writing and reading between the two versions
of the tests had a different emphasis of matter.
